What is the registration opening date?

Registration starts on December 27, 2018.

What is the last registration date?

You can register online until March 19, 2019 inclusive, you can also register at the event.

When does the registration fee change?

From February 22nd, 2019, the new registration fee applies.

What are group discount rates?

They are the special rates that are granted to groups of 3, 5 and 10 people who attend representing the same company.

When should I request the group discount rate?

Before making the registration of each of the members of the group.

How do I request the discount rate?

You must send an email groups@apla.com.ar with the following information:

  • Number of participants Payment method.
  • Individual payment or a unique payment for the total of the participants.
  • Once the group discount rate has been applied, the number of participants requested must be respected.  

Is there a refund if I cancel the registration?

Yes, the returns will be made taking into account the following deadlines:

  • Until February 22, 2019:  The return of 70% of the amount paid will be made.
  • From February 23 to March 10, 2019: The return of 50% of the payment will be made.
  • As of March 11: There is no return.
  • No Show: There is no return.

Cancellation Policy: exclusive benefit for members

50% of the amount paid for the registration to the Latin American Logistic Meeting of the following year will be taken as a credit or 100% of the amount paid for the registration to the Latin American Petrochemical Annual Meeting of the current year will be taken as credit. The credit is non-transferable

Can I substitute my assistance with that of a companion of the same company?

The substitution of one participant for another of the same company will be allowed, with no extra cost.

When will the returns be made in case of cancellation?

Payback will be made after the meeting.

What is the venue of the event?

The venue of the meeting is the Grand Mercure São Paulo Vila Olímpia hotel.

When can I book an accomodation for the main hotel?

To access the reservation of the main hotel of the meeting, you must be registered at the APLA meeting.

How can I hold meetings with other participants?

To hold meetings, remember that your registration must be paid.

 

How often is the list updated?

I can see the list of attendees, but I can not request meetings why?

If you are registered in the meeting, but you have not paid yet, you can not request or receive appointments from other attendees.

To be able to hold meetings, please regularize your status.

Once you have entered the appointment system, you can send, accept, reject and modify meeting requests.

 

How do I see the list of attendees?

Go to the “Directory” in the upper right margin.

 

How do I search?

From the search bar, you can filter the list by Name, Surname, Company, Position.

 

How do I request a meeting?

From Directory

  • Click on Request Appointment
  • Important: there is no limit of people to invite.
  • Add “hour”
  • Important: Be sure to fill an hour and minutes before moving to the location. Once you have loaded the time, it will show you if the person you wish to send an appointment to is available. Otherwise, you can check other available schedules.
  • Add “location”: you must manually write the place where you want to quote the person.
  • Important: Be sure to click on the name of the place you just typed in order to move forward.
  • Click on Confirm
  • Add Subject
  • Add Description – is not mandatory-.
  • Click on Send Appointment Invitation

 

From Calendar

  • Click on Request Appointment
  • Continue with points 2-7 mentioned above.

What does “Private Notes – Add” mean?

You can take notes to keep in mind at the meeting, these notes can only be seen by you.

 

How do I see my appointments confirmed?

From “Confirmed Appointments” button in the upper right corner you can see them.
