What are group discount rates?

They are the special rates that are granted to groups of 5,10, 15 or 20 persons that attend representing the same company.

When should I request the group discount rate?

Before making the registration of each of the members of the group.

How do I apply for the discount rate?

You must send an email to groups@apla.com.ar  with the following information:

1- Number of participants

2- Method of payment: Individual payment or a single payment for the total of the participants.


Once the discount rate has been applied by groups, the number of participants requested must be respected.

Is there a refund if I cancel the registration?

Yes, refunds will be made considering the following deadlines:

Until September 11th, 2018

Between September 12th and October 11th

From October 12th

No show

70% of the subscriber will be refunded.

50% of the subscriber will be refunded.

Can I replace my attendance a companion from the same company?

Substitution of a delegate by another member of the same company is always permitted without charge.

About Meeting spaces reservation:

Pre Reservation of spaces:

Pre-booked meeting spaces may be reserved for those companies that have taken at least one contribution and one meeting space at the 35th Latin American Petrochemical Annual Meeting in 2015.

How can I pre book a meeting space?

To make the pre-reservation, you must request the same meeting space acquired in 2015 and the same level of contribution or higher.

Can I pre-book a room other than the one purchased in 2015?

It’s not possible. If you want to acquire a different space you must wait for the opening of spaces on April 9.

When can I book a Meeting space?

You can make your selection of Meeting space from April 16th to 27th inclusive. After this stage, check the availability of spaces at salonesra@apla.com.ar

How can I book a Meeting Space?

You can choose the space you want to acquire (select at least three spaces).
Send your choice, in order of preference to salonesra@apla.com.ar

How are meeting spaces assigned?

If more than one company requires the same space, allocation will be assigned taking into account the following conditions:

1) That the company is an APLA member. (*)

2) That the company is an Annual Supporter of APLA.

3) Number of registered people in the 37th Annual Latin American Petrochemical Meeting.

(*) To access the benefit, the fee must be paid.

When will the assignation of meeting spaces be informed?

From May 9th of 2018.

When is the meeting space assigned confirmed?

With the payment of it.

Una vez aplicada la tarifa de descuento por grupos, debe respetarse el número de participantes solicitado.


 Políticas de cancelación de la Inscripción

¿Hay devolución si cancelo la inscripción?

Si, las devoluciones se harán teniendo en cuenta los siguientes plazos:


Hasta el 11 de septiembre de 2018:

Desde el 12 de septiembre hasta el 11 de octubre: A partir de 12 de octubre: Ausentes
Se realizará la devolución del 70% de lo abonado.


Se realizará la devolución del 50% de lo abonado.

¿Puedo sustituir mi asistencia con la de un compañero de la misma compañía?

Se permitirá la sustitución de un participante por otro de la misma compañía, sin costo alguno.

2) Que la empresa sea contribuyente anual  de APLA.

3) Cantidad de inscriptos en la 38° Reunión Anual Latinoamericana de Petroquímica.

(*) Para acceder al beneficio, la cuota anual año calendario deberá estar paga.

¿Cuándo se informará la asignación de espacios?

A partir del 9 de mayo de 2018 se informará a las empresas los espacios que le han sido asignados.

¿Cuándo queda confirmado el espacio de reunión?

Con el pago del mismo.
