You will be able to register online until June 6th, 2023 and personally at the event venue on June 7th, 2023.

Until May 12th, 2023. As of May 13th, the full fee applies.

How can I pay the registration fee?

You can pay your registration by credit card or bank transfer.

What are group discount fees?

These are special fees granted to groups of 3, 5 and 10 people attending on behalf of the same company.

When should I apply for the group discount fee?

Before registering each member of the group.

How do I apply for the discounted fee?

You must send an email to logistica@apla.lat with the following information:

Number of participants

Payment preference: Individual payment or a single payment for the total number of participants.

Once the group discount fee has been applied, the number of participants requested must be adhered.

Is there a refund if I cancel my registration?

Yes, refunds will be made taking into account the following deadlines:

Until May 16th, 2023: 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.

From May 17th – 29th, 2023: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

From May 30th, 2023: No refund.

Absent: No refund.

Can I substitute my attendance with that of a colleague from the same company?

Substitution of a participant with another from the same company will be allowed free of charge.

When will refunds be made in case of cancellation?

Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.

 

Cancellation Policy: Exclusive benefit for members.

50% of the registration fee will be taken as credit for the Latin American Logistics Meeting of the following year or 100% of the registration fee for the Latin American Petrochemical Annual Meeting of the current year will be taken as credit. The credit is non-transferable.

 

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

If the registrant wishes the refund credit (according to the corresponding percentage) to be taken into account for future registrations, it may be used in one of the next 3 APLA meetings.

a) If the registrant belongs to an APLA ANNUAL CONTRIBUTOR MEMBER company, the credit may be used by the company for the payment of a future registration. For this reason, it may be transferred to another person of the same company.

b) If the registrant belongs to a company that is a NON-APLA MEMBER ANNUAL CONTRIBUTOR, the credit is non-transferable.

 

COST PER REFUND ACCORDING TO MEANS OF PAYMENT:

a) For payments made by credit card, 7% of the paid fee will be withheld due to administrative expenses.

b) For payments made by bank transfer, U$S 60 will be withheld due to bank administrative expenses.

What is the dress code?

Business casual: No jacket or tie is required.
