You can pay your registration fee by credit card or bank transfer.

When should I apply for the group discount rate?

Before registering each member of the group.

How do I request the discounted rate?

You must send an email to reunionanual@apla.lat with the following information:
Number of participants
Method of payment: Individual payment or a single payment for the total number of participants.

Once the group discount rate has been applied, the requested number of participants must be respected.

Is there a refund if I cancel my registration?

Yes, refunds will be made taking into account the following deadlines:

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Until 19 sept 2024: 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • From 20 sept to 19 oct 2024: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • From 20 oct 2024: No refund will be made.
  • No show: no refund.

Can I substitute my attendance with that of a colleague from the same company?

Substitution of a participant with another from the same company will be allowed free of charge.

When will refunds be made in case of cancellation?

Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.

 

Cancellation Policy: Exclusive benefit for MEMBERS.

Only APLA members will receive 50% of the amount paid as a credit towards the registration fee for the following year’s meeting

 

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY

If the registrant wishes to have the refund credit (at the appropriate percentage) taken against future registrations, it may be used at one of the next 3 APLA meetings.

  1. a) If the registrant belongs to an APLA ANNUAL CONTRIBUTOR MEMBER company, the credit may be used by the company for the payment of a future registration. For this reason, it may be transferred to another person of the same company.
  2. b) If the registrant belongs to an APLA NON-MEMBER ANNUAL CONTRIBUTOR company, the credit is non-transferable.

 

COST PER REFUND ACCORDING TO THE PAYMENT METHOD:

  1. a) For payments made by credit card, 7% of the paid fee will be retained for administrative expenses.
  2. b) For payments made by bank transfer, U$S 60 will be retained for bank administrative expenses.

What is the dress code?

Business casual: No jacket or tie is required.

Which is the host hotel?

There are two host hotels: the Hyatt Regency Cartagena de Indias and the Hotel Estelar Cartagena. They are located next to each other, just a few meters apart

When can I book a room at the host hotel?

Once you complete your registration process, you will be able to access the link to make your reservation at one of the host hotels. APLA reserves the right to cancel the hotel reservation if the registration fee is not paid within 5 days of receiving the invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PARTICIPANTS:

CANCELLATION POLICY ESTELAR Cartagena Hotel

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. The rate allows cancellations and modifications by paying the rate difference, subject to availability. The request must be made before 3:00 PM on the day before arrival. After that, the deposit equivalent to the value of the first night plus taxes will be deducted.
