When should I apply for the group discount rate?
Before registering each member of the group.
How do I request the discounted rate?
You must send an email to reunionanual@apla.lat with the following information:
Number of participants
Method of payment: Individual payment or a single payment for the total number of participants.
Once the group discount rate has been applied, the requested number of participants must be respected.
Is there a refund if I cancel my registration?
Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
If the registrant wishes the refund credit (according to the corresponding percentage) to be taken in favor of future registrations, he/she must
